A Lottery player won $307,406 Wednesday after playing the California Lottery Powerball game ticket at the CVS at 2151 Meeker Ave. in Richmond, according to Lottery officials.
The unknown winner was the only player in California to pick all five regular Powerball numbers, which were 36, 6, 19, 13, and 51. The winner did not, however, pick the jackpot Powerball number of 18, which would have secured a jackpot of $348 million, officials said.
In fact, no one matched all six numbers. The jackpot for the next drawing on Saturday, March 10, increases to an estimated $385 million.
