Hercules police arrested two men Wednesday on allegations that they kidnapped a victim and brought him to Richmond, where they assaulted him with pipes and robbed him.
At 12:29 p.m. Tuesday, Kaiser Richmond officials notified Hercules police about the victim, who reported the violent kidnapping and robbery, police said.
The victim was transported to the Hercules Police Department, where he identified his attackers as Paul Marquis, 27, and Jason Harrison, 28, both of Hercules.
“Based on this information two search warrants were written on two separate addresses in Hercules,” police said. “These warrants were served on [Wednesday]. Based on the execution of the warrants both Paul Marquis and Jason Harrison were taken in to custody and later booked at the Main Detention Facility in Martinez.”
