Temple Beth Hillel, West County’s only synagogue located at 801 Park Central in Richmond, is inviting the community to its Purim Carnival and Raffle on Sunday, March 12.
The free event, which runs from 12:30 p.m. to 3 p.m., includes games, activities and crafts for kids and fun for the whole family. Attendees are encouraged to wear costumes, masks and bring noisemakers to the festive event, which will include a number of tasty food offerings, including home-baked goods, traditional hamentaschen (a three-cornered, fruit-filled pastry), and lunch.
A raffle will include the enticing grand prize of a luxurious 7-night stay at a coastal Mexico resort. Raffle tickets are on for $5 or three for $10.
