MetroPCS in Richmond seeks bilingual customer service reps


The owner of the nearly decade-old MetroPCS Unlimited Wireless at 12800 San Pablo Ave. in Richmond is reaching out to the local community in search of bilingual customer service representatives.

The store has openings for a part time and a full-time position, with hourly pay depending on experience. Employees would receive commission after a one-month probationary period.

Highly motivated individuals who are friendly and speak Spanish and English fluently are encouraged to apply.

“We need someone who is responsible, reliable, mature and punctual,” owner Ehab Taha said. “Someone who has great work ethic and excellent customer service skills.”

Applicants must be able to work weekends, Taha added.

“You will be assisting customers with their purchasing needs from accessories to cell phones,” Taha said.

Other duties include processing payments, meeting monthly cell phone and plan goals, setting up new accounts, troubleshooting hands-sets and dealing with day-to-day issues.
