A Richmond teenager was killed in the city’s Hilltop neighborhood Friday night, police said.

Police were called about 10:30 p.m. to a shooting at the Bella Vista apartment complex at 3400 Richmond Parkway.

Arriving officers found 17 year old Chrisean Nealy suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was transported to a local hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.

The shooting appears to have been targeted, police said. Nealy was not a resident at the apartment complex.

A motive wasn’t known and the investigation is active. No arrests have been made, police said.
