San Pablo’s public works department has scheduled a Dumpster Day for residents on Saturday, Aug. 20.

Residents will be able to bring all trash — with the exception of tires, electronic devices, batteries and all hazardous materials (paint, oil, pesticides or any liquids) — at El Portal School, 2600 Moraga Road, from 7 a.m. to noon, or whenever the dumpsters get full.

Residents will need to bring proof of San Pablo residency, meaning a copy of your Pacific Gas & Electric Co. or East Bay Municipal Utility District bill and your photo ID.

Please call (510)215-3079 for more information.
