He didn’t get Jack.

A Richmond man was arrested last week after passing out behind the steering wheel of a vehicle in the Jack in the Box drive-through lane in El Cerrito, police said.

Police responded to the fast-food restaurant at 5920 Cutting Blvd. just after 2 a.m. on Friday, Aug. 19.

When they arrived, they found the 24-year-old — who happened to be a parolee at large — asleep at the wheel.

“The male was cited on the DUI charges and transported to the Martinez Detention Facility on the warrant,” police said.
