The East Bay Times broke the story about the bust: a Lake County man was arrested in Richmond Tuesday with three-quaters of a pound of cocaine and 78 grams of psychedelic mushrooms in his car.

After his arrest, Steven Lucero’s home was then raided by FBI along with Richmond police. There, “another quarter pound cocaine, five empty kilo wrappers, an AR-15 rifle and other guns, and nearly a pound of psychedelic mushrooms” were found.

Lucero was believed to have been making “regular trips to the Richmond to sell large quantities of cocaine to a local dealer,” the Times reported.

Richmond police were credited with the arrest which was about a year in the making, authorities told the Times. Read the newspaper’s full report for further details.
