The Richmond Chamber of Commerce is inviting a few heavy-hitters over for breakfast later this month.

New Chamber President James Lee, who has focused on making the regular Breakfast for Business meetings not only informative and inspirational, but also entertaining, says the next event on Aug. 31 is expected to include guest speakers Alex Wilcox, the founder of JetBlue and Jetsuite, as well as Devin Lars, founder, CEO and president of Doing Everything Different, a clothing line founded in a garage and made popular by numerous celebrities.

While the event is free, those wanting to attend should register, as seating will be limited. Breakfast will be served from 7:15 a.m. to 8 a.m. Meeting will commence at 8 a.m.

The meeting location has changed since our initial reporting of this event. It is now being held at the Richmond Country Club, 1 Markovich Lane.

The Chamber also encourages attendees to make a donation to a local nonprofit of their choice. When registering, you will be directed to PayPal, where you can add the donation amount of your choice. You only need to click the register button once.
