The owners of a 12-year-old Chihuahua are asking for the community’s help after the family pet went missing around Nevin Avenue and 4th Street in Richmond Sunday afternoon.

“Wilbur” has a severe heart ailment that requires daily medication, which worries family members who have yet to locate the dog despite a lengthy search.
