Chevron is teaming up with RichmondBUILD for a July 11 Telephone Town Hall on workforce development and training opportunities for Richmond residents.

Callers will receive information about programs designed to bolster the skills needed for competitive-paying jobs. Participants include Mayor Tom Butt, Sal Vaca, director of the city’s Employment & Training Department, and Don Zarraonandia, a maintenance supervisor at the Chevron Richmond Refinery and a Regional Occupational Program graduate.

The event will take place at 6:30 p.m. and registration is required by July 11 at 12:00 p.m.
