The Richmond Community Foundation is seeking applicants for a full-time Policy Coordinator position.

The position would work on the Ensuring Opportunity Campaign, a longterm initiative to raise awareness of policies that contribute to the root causes of poverty, and also to bring together policymakers, residents, businesses, labor organizations, government agencies, nonprofits and faith-based organizations to create lasting solutions.

“We are looking for someone with a deep commitment to equity, the capacity to work in diverse communities, and the experience to analyze, develop and advocate for effective policies at the local, state and federal level to end poverty in Contra Costa,” according to RCF. “Strong communication and facilitation skills are required.
