Strike at Kaiser Richmond called off due to tentative contract agreement

It was a devastating scene at the Kaiser Permanente Richmond Medical Center Wednesday afternoon, when 29-year-old Willie Mulder Jr. who suffered fatal gunshot wounds in Rodeo was brought to the hospital.
