The ultimate happy hour is taking place in Richmond next month, as proceeds from the event will help fund local youth programs.

Mark your calendar on April 29, when the RYSE Youth Center will host its annual Spring fundraiser from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.

While you must be at least 21 years old to attend, this year’s event is themed “Be A Kid: Home by Midnight.” Craft cocktails and delicious food will be joined by multiple activities meant to help adults channel their inner youth, including free drawing lessons from an accomplished local artist and live youth performances. Tickets start at $20.

All proceeds from the event go toward RYSE Center programs involving education, career, health, youth leadership and advocacy. The center serves youth ages 13-21.

The RYSE Center is located at 205 41st St.
