The Richmond Standard has launched a new video series, offering a fresh and exciting way for us to share the many great hyper-local stories about the communities we cover.

Our first video is about a new contemporary art center has opened inside Bridge Self-Storage and Art Spaces at 23 Maine Ave.

It’s hard to imagine that this place is in a city, let alone a large storage facility near Interstate 580.  Owners Jim and Jeff Wright transformed some storage units into art and community meeting spaces. Late last year, the nonprofit BridgeMakerArts opened in the facility.
