A vehicle hit a power pole in the area of S. 30th Street and Hoffman Boulevard at about 11 a.m. Wednesday, causing a power outage that initially affected 3,600 Pacific Gas & Electric Co. customers.

Most customers had their power restored by 11:38 a.m.
