A 42-year-old Richmond man was killed in an ATV collision at an off-road vehicle area on the California Central Coast on Sunday, according to the San Luis Obispo Tribune.

Francisco Javier Gonzales Casillas died from injuries suffered in the crash at Oceano Dunes State Vehicular Recreation Area, a state park’s superintendent told the newspaper. Park officials have not determined the accident’s cause but are investigating whether speed played a role.

Casillas is the fourth person to die at the park in 2015, prompting park officials to consider additional safety measures. So far, the park has seen 1.5 million visitors this year.
