The El Cerrito Police Department is seeking the public’s help in solving a case involving a shootout between two vehicles last weekend on San Pablo Avenue near Tehama Avenue.

The incident unfolded at 4:13 p.m. Saturday when witnesses called police saying the shooting began as the vehicles were traveling southbound on San Pablo from Tehama, police said. Responding officers located 13 shell casings at the scene.

As of Wednesday, no suspects or victims had been identified, police said.
