An Oakland woman is hoping the Richmond community can help find and return her family’s pet chihuahua.

A flyer has been distributed on social media seeking the pooch, whose owner calls him “Rambo.”

“He is literally like my child and a big part of the family,” she said.

A $150 reward is being offered for the dog’s return.
