Salesian College Preparatory in Richmond is holding its first annual Classic Car Show as a fundraiser for a student science trip to Iceland next spring, according to the school.

The car show runs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m, with vehicle registration starting at 8 a.m., at 2851 Salesian Ave.

The event costs $7 per person, $5 per student and $40 for car entry. Also, there will be t-shirts for sale and a raffle, with all proceeds from the event going to fund the science trip, the school said.

The car show will also feature food, a beer and wine court and a bounce house for kids, among other fun activities.

In its Facebook event post, Salesian pointed out that more than 60-percent of Salesian students live in Richmond and San Pablo, and that 100-percent of last year’s graduates will be attending college this fall.

See the flyer below for more information:

  1. As much as Salesian charges for tuition, they should send the kids for free! Horrible!
