Coraneshea Carlinda Savage, 18, and Evan Ira Greene, 22, have been identified as “being responsible for Hall’s death,” which occurred at 15th Street and Bissell Avenue about 4 p.m., police Lt. Andre Hill said.

Greene has a$1 million arrest warrant and Savage a $37,000 warrant, Hill said.

Anyone with information about the whereabouts of the suspects are encouraged to contact Homicide Det. Eric Haupt at 510-620-6541.
