Richmond homicide detectives are searching for two “armed and dangerous” suspects in connection with the March 1 shooting that killed 20-year-old local resident Keven Hall and injured two others.

Coraneshea Carlinda Savage, 18, and Evan Ira Greene, 22, have been identified as suspects in the homicide, which occurred at 15th Street and Bissell Avenue about 4 p.m., police said.

In a preliminary report, police said the shooting occurred following an argument. Few other details have been released.

Sheila McEnany, a close friend of Hall’s uncle, Michael Skinner, said Hall’s 16-year-old sister was one of the other two victims who were shot and is expected to survive.

“Keven was a soft-spoken, impeccably mannered, and kind person and his death has left a large void in the hearts of those who loved him,” McEnany told us.
