Keven Hall, 20, of Richmond has been identified as the man who was fatally wounded in Richmond on Sunday afternoon in a shooting that injured two others, police said.

Also, the suspect who was arrested in connection with the shooting in the area of 15th Street and Bissell Avenue about 3:45 p.m.  has been released and is no longer a suspect, Richmond police Sgt. Nicole Abetkov said.

Officers responded to reports of shots fired and found three victims, all of whom were transported to trauma centers. Hall succumbed to his injuries shortly before 6 p.m., Abetkov said. The other two victims were in stable condition.

A person who was arrested after the incident doesn’t appear to have a connection to the crime, Abetkov said.
