A 21-year-old man was shot in the leg in the area of 10th Street and Lincoln Avenue in Richmond Tuesday afternoon, police said.

A ShotSpotter activation recording multiple gunshots drew police to the intersection at 12:24 p.m., Richmond police spokesperson Nicole Abetkov said.

The victim was found by police suffering from a bullet wound. He was transported to the hospital and is expected to survive, Abetkov said.

No arrests have been made.
