A family is asking for the public’s help in locating their loved one, 32-year-old Cesar Castaneda of Richmond, who was reported missing on Sept. 23 to the Petaluma Police Department.

Castaneda was last seen in Richmond wearing blue jeans and a gray sweater with beige stripes, according to the Richmond Police Department, which shared the missing persons report on Facebook.

Castaneda was driving a gray 1989 Toyota Camry with the license plate number 6NTD283.

He has brown hair and eyes and is 5-foot-6 and weighs about 160 pounds.
