templebethhillel.9-19Temple Beth Hillel, the only synagogue in West Contra Costa County, is inviting the community to join the congregation in celebrating the High Holy Days, the most important of Jewish holidays.

Led by Rabbi Dean Kertesz and Cantor Fran Burgess Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish New Year begins on Wednesday night.  Services will begin at 7:30 p.m. and continue at 10:00 a.m. the following day.

For Yom Kippur, the Day of Atonement, services are on Friday, Oct. 3 and continue Sat. Oct. 4.

Free childcare will be provided throughout the holidays.  A reservation is required.

Please bring non-perishable foods for our annual Holiday Food Drive to support the Richmond Emergency Food Pantry.
