Richmond voters are encouraged to submit questions for candidates of the upcoming November elections in advance of a community forum at Hilltop Mall.

On Sept. 20, the Hilltop District Homeowners & Stakeholders Association is hosting a Q&A-style forum with candidates who are vying to become Richmond’s next mayor or a council member.

The event, which runs from noon to 2 p.m. in the Hilltop Mall Conference Room, will be facilitated by Robert Rogers from the Contra Costa Times. Local restaurants will provide light snacks for attendees.
