Salesian College Preparatory was voted as the best faith-based high school in Contra Costa County by Parents’ Press Magazine.

The magazine recently published its 2013 readers’ choice winners, which included a wide variety of categories such as camps, vacation spots, toy stores and restaurants.

In its latest newsletter, Salesian officials were quite honored by the selection.

“The award demonstrates that our focus on academics, faith and family is resonating with the community,” they said. “Notably, Salesian was honored by Parents’ Press last year as well; this ongoing commitment to excellence should be celebrated by all those who made it happen: faculty, staff, students, and alumni.”
