We were happy to cross this YouTube video of Oakland A’s stud Josh Reddick answering questions from Little League players and coaches in Richmond last month.

If you recall, Reddick threw the first pitch on May 31 to dedicate the A’s-funded renovation of the Martin Luther King Jr. Park baseball field.

Reddick was a class act during the visit. As the video shows, he answered questions from kids and dads as if they were asked by Major League Baseball beat reporters.

For example, Reddick responded candidly when asked about base stealing.

“I’m not the best base stealer in the world,” Reddick said. “Even though I’m fast, I don’t get good jumps off the base.”

He also said his favorite ballpark when the A’s are playing away games is Camden Yards in Baltimore, as he tends to perform well there.

The brief video is below.
