A Richmond resident was arrested last week in connection with an undercover operation of a massage parlor in LaPlace, LA., that allegedly offered far more than foot rubs.

Junzhi Wang, 55, who is cited by authorities as living on Cerro Sur in Richmond’s El Sobrante Hills community, was booked on charges of soliciting for prostitutes, crimes against nature, and contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile.

A 15-year-old girl was also arrested during the sting along with 35-year-old Feng Qin Yu and 40-year-old Xia Zhen Liu — all Louisiana residents, authorities said.

The arrests were the result of the month-long Operation Happy Feet. Local authorities received tips from the public that “more than foot massages were being given by massage therapists at the 7 Star Foot Massage in LaPlace.”

“During the undercover operation, massage therapists negotiated with undercover detectives to perform a sexual favor for additional money above the massage rates published in the lobby of the storefront,” authorities said.
