One of two men who died Friday during a bridge construction accident in Winters, Calif. was identified as Richmond resident Glenn Hodgson, 49.

Hodgson along with Marcus Zane Powell, 25, of Los Gatos were reportedly in a basket that fell from a crane about 80 feet. The cause of the fall is under investigation.

The men were among about a dozen on a construction crew at the site and had been working on a new bridge between Yolo and Solano counties.
