The proposal to add a new Jack in the Box restaurant at the Richmond Shopping Center at 1100 Macdonald Ave. is scheduled to go before the city’s Design Review Board on Wednesday.

City staff is recommending a conditional approval of the planned 2,662 square-foot fast food eatery.

The Design Review Board meets at 6 p.m. in the basement-level multipurpose room at 440 Civic Center Plaza.
