The City of Richmond is encouraging residents to attend the Chevron Refinery Modernization Project Community Workshop on May 28.

The workshop will take place in the Richmond Civic Center Auditorium  at 403 Civic Center Plaza from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

According to a city news release, the workshop’s goal is to develop recommendations for Chevron Richmond’s health and community benefits initiatives in Richmond. Ideas formulated at the meeting will be used to inform the Conditions of Approval for the Chevron Refinery Modernization Project, the city said.

Doors will open at 5:30PM with light refreshments.
