Salesian College Preparatory will graduate its 50th class in school history on Saturday at St. Cornelius Church in Richmond.
The graduation runs from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Keeping with the school’s norm, 99-percent of this year’s graduating class will be attending college next fall, school spokesman Dan Hutson said.
Salesian’s very first graduating class from 1964 will also be honored at the graduation ceremony. Then on Saturday night, a dinner ceremony on campus will serve as the class’s 50th reunion, where school officials will present the 1964 graduates with golden diplomas.
Congrats to all graduates! As promised earlier, here are some photos of the 1964 graduating class. The photos, provided by Salesian, are from the 1964 yearbook.
