The suspect wanted in connection with a shooting and carjacking in Richmond earlier this month turned himself in Friday, police said.

Kelvin Starks, 20, was booked on a carjacking charge for the incident in the 4300 block of Ohio Avenue on Feb. 6.

Police are still looking for the stolen vehicle, a tan 1985 Nissan Maxima four-door, license plate 1MKE402.
