Classes are scheduled to resume at Richmond High School, Kennedy High School and Dejean Middle School, who all fall under the West Contra Costa Unified School District.

Students at Salesian High School get another day of rest, with their third quarter starting Tuesday.

Because of the influx of youths on the streets, Richmond police are asking drivers to be pay extra attention while on the road, particularly near or within school zones.
